Some upgrades to the blog

A couple notable upgrades to the rating tables:

• I hot-linked the team names to the team individual reports.  The team individual reports have all the games for the team in the LP database (starting page 2) and a plot of the team attack and defense performance for each game relative to expected.
• I added a League Standing pages for the boys.  It shows the points and GD per game played for each league in WA and OR.  I don't apply any tie breakers, so if the league is done and teams are tied, you'll have to go to the league website to see who won.  Note, I don't show the total points, just the points per game played.  Multiply by number of games played to get the current points.
